Welcome to sympleeTuft. By accessing this website or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

This website and its contents are owned and operated by sympleeTuft. All artwork, images, designs, text, and branding elements are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

2. Product Representation

Each textile artwork is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated. Minor variations in texture, fiber direction, or color perception may occur due to the handmade nature of the work and screen display differences.

All dimensions listed are approximate.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price paid at checkout is final.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

5. Final Sale Policy

Due to the original and handcrafted nature of our textile works, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

6. Commissions

Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement. Once production begins, deposits are non-refundable due to labor and material allocation. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or shipment.

7. Damaged Items

If artwork arrives damaged, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic documentation of the packaging and artwork. We will initiate an insurance claim and provide further resolution instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability

sympleeTuft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of artwork.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
